There is no natural right to freedom of speech --- it doesn't make sense --- many possible contradictions as one can see here.

There is one natural right: the right to property --- to own oneself, to acquire new things and to voluntarily trade them.

Freedom of speech simply means the freedom to speak as one will ... on one's own property. You have no "freedom of speech" on the property of another --- in a theater, for example.

Freedom of the press simply means that the government shall not prevent you from printing what you want --- it doesn't guarantee that anyone will sell or rent you a press.

The problem arises when we spaces which are publicly owned ... in such spaces, of course, the public decides what is and what isn't allowed speech --- rather than some private owner.
