Wouldn’t be surprised at all if this letter is just a public display designed to give Pence some plausible explanation that he was “required” to invoke 25th Amendment.
Sadly, Trump has been all bluster and has had no balls in dealing with the political opposition. Bush fought back. Obama destroyed opposition with CIA, IRS and MSM/tech giants. Clinton had people killed. He let us down. They will be coming for us.
