Useful idiots. They use the criminals and wannabes who hate the system to fight for the incoming system. Then they get dealt with by the system. The directors may be fags, but that was one of my favourite movies at some point. It's still up there. I went down the rabbit hole of all the references they put in the movie. Stuff that I never would have consciously picked up on. There's a lot in there.
