I saw this on /pol/ earlier. It's off of some Chinese guys Twitter. Two random images together don't prove anything, you can't see his face or identify him in the second one and you can't identify if it is the same or even a child in the first one. Likely unrelated pics.

There was a pic on his laptop of him exactly like the pic on the right minus the girl, it's photoshopped.

i compared and the angle is different.

it just shows he likes to take pictures at that angle

And pairing it with an obviously illegitimate photo destroyed its credibility.

it might be a photoshop but if it is, the lower-left photo is not the source.
