If equality is a core value of libertarianism, we simply make a new ideology which is libertarianism with equality. We can say this offshoot of libertarianism sees the land as belonging to the people, and that the policies that regulate domestic activity need not apply to other countries or to the interactions across the borders of our country and others. We simply remove the policies that don't work optimally, and put into place those that do. We have the freedom to mix and match all varieties of different political policies as we wish, to create our own ideology based on policy and goals, not principles. Politics should be practical, not dogmatic.
