I mean, that's literally exactly what you want the police guarding congress to do. What other actions were they supposed to take? Just allow those people to break through the barricade and then do whatever they're planning to do once they're inside? If those people had broken through the barricade and then injured members of Congress, what then? We were supposed to just let them through?....

This whole thing was ridiculously violent. It's amazing the police didn't kill more of them...

Did you bring up that there was no congressman on the other side of that particular window but in fact a hallway, and that there were no mediating tactics deployed, i.e. pepper spray, or batons? That a woman who had no weapon was shot from approximately 20 yards by a police officer who didn't even say "stop or I'll shoot"?

Black SS in a suit fired 2 shots. I watched vid multiple times, but angle makes no sense how she was hit. Nor why there were 2 Suits next to her.
