I agree with you. The congress people fail to ask the relevant question, "Why did they do it?" The idea that "There can be no justification." Is bullshit. Issues are supposed to addressed by the courts. The courts have refused to hear any evidence. What other forum do the people have make their government understand that they are dissatisfied? Next up, mandatory voting.
