My point is that Africans don’t moderate their reproductive activities AT ALL on their own. The rest of the developing world does actually have falling birth rates too. It’s a weird thing. I think the environment (food availability and disease) has always been their “birth control” and the west has indeed interrupted that by constantly sending them aid.
