could have been friendly fire without trigger discipline. Did you notice the AR against the wall to her right? EDIT: after watching it lots, at the very beginning of the clip, it looks like she was trying to climb through the right hand window next to the door when she fell backwards. That puts her in the line of fire from the popo.

I can't tell what's going on before the shot. If you mean that guy near the wall afterwards I'm pretty sure he's a cop.
