The judge is a rigger. Enrique Tarrio was enroute to DC to petition his government for redress of grievances regarding rampant election fraud. The rigger judge banned him from DC in flagrant violation of his first amendment rights.

Accuracy is important. People who are involved in rigging elections, covering up rigging, or suppressing protesting of rigging are riggers. Just like people who hit you over the head with a brick and steal your wallet are muggers.
