Russia again? LOL .... It is only a speculation and would never hold up in court and I have zero evidence, but I think I know who did it. And those systems weren't hacked for evil purposes. Quite the opposite, in my opinion. Wonder if any country has control of their own nukes right now? That's just, like, my opinion, man.

It’s hard to give any credibility to a story blaming Russia after hearing everything being blamed on Russia for the last four years. So a compromised government agency that had its director fired for incompetence blames the Russian boogeyman rather than admit they are just inept. Yeah, it’s going to take more than just a claim. Show the evidence it was Russia or shut the fuck up.
