The Constitution is abundantly clear that the VP counts the electoral votes. If I'm counting your pullups it goes 1, 2, 3, and so on. If the VP is counting electoral votes and you blatantly cheat and pretend it's 1, 2, 3, 173000...he throws you out just like if you tried to cheat a PT test. This is basic counting not Calvinball.
