That's what I thought too, but his lack of fight kind of makes me think he was in on it from the beginning. If I was in his position, I would think no matter what they are coming for me. So I would do much more than just tweeting. The fact that all he is doing is tweeting makes me think hes not actually too worried about the outcome.
