Only rule for aid to IsRaEl is they always get more than anyone else.
About 1/2 the shekels that go to foreign gov'ts goes to IsRaEl.

No doubt What I read was all the other countries had regulatory supervision and specific pay back rules.. Israel just a straight donation. Dennis Prager told us its ok cause they will buy our weapons, which is just a kickback to the politicians. Dennis also says we don’t give enough to our greatest ally
