For just a $50 cash donation in the right hands you could easily have 5 local homeless people employed

How do you propose reaching homeless people in other states without going there first?

More importantly how do you propose finding reliable ones who are on the same ideological spectrum?

How do you propose verifying they went where you paid them to go?

More broadly, you're legally liable if they do anything you didn't ask them to do.

I'd just as soon go myself.
