SOS Raffensperger also per what I read, he did a court no-no and recorded privileged adverse party's settlement conference negotiations (both parties with their lawyers) leading to state and federal lawsuits against SOS Raffensperger too. SOS Raffensperger's lawyer better not get pointed at as someone who okayed the recording or that lawyer will lose their law license.
