Leave it up to the states. If they think the numbers are getting high restrict movements. Same with international travel. Definitely wouldn't have non essential international travel

States want quarantine between travel between states but those same states allow international travel into their major cities. That's what doesnt make sense. And Latinos pour in from south of the border daily.

I'd agree with you. International travel should definitely be stopped. Tourism, family visiting and non essential work all stopped. Both land and air
