It's not the flu. The flu actually makes people miserable and is dangerous to a wider portion of the population. They keep harping that this is a coronavirus, which is a family of viruses that includes the common cold. Influenza is its own type of virus. Although they *do* seem to be misreporting flu cases as corona, which would explain why the flu is almost nonexistent this year. *"Oh, it's because masks work and people are social distancing, so the flu isn't a concern at all!"* they'll say. But then they have no answer as to why there are so many "cases" of coronahoax if those measures are so effective.
