I see where you're coming from now. This future is entirely possible in the next few years. As soon as the police and military start being attacked from all sides, most individuals involved in those groups will not show up to work anymore. And more than likely join the resistance. The main problem currently is everyone is fractured over the most minute things. Which was entirely planned. Divide and conquer, if your enemy is full of infighting over frivolous things, victory is certain.
