Each "officer" is a public servant. If you aren't cataloguing who these fuckers are and mapping their friends, children, spouse and know as much public information as you can about them...you aren't doing your job as a citizen.
No city/state needs a "police force" what every city/state needs is an active population that performs its own duties on how to stop actions and behaviors it doesn't want in it.
This happened and will continue to happen because of laziness and desire to have others do the work for you.
