My opinion: Median rent price is a meaningless metric for determining the average rent price in manhattan. See, there are massive low income developments spread all over manhattan with thousands of apartments in each. These apartments undoubtedly clog up the lower end of the scale when determining median. Being state housing, consequently, these apartments are all for niggers (and some spiks). The truth is, this median price reflects the lowest cost of an apartment in Manhattan that a regular tenant could pay, and we’re talking studios here. TLDR; Jewtropolis. Leave ASAP.
