I've seen videos of their construction with someone grabbing handfuls of sand and dust out of what appeared to be concrete support columns in a Chinese hi-rise apartment. How much of that is true and how much of that is propaganda I can't say, but I know the Chinese can build. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. They're like fucking insects, man. Even if they can build, the citizens dont care for the final product. If the government can come in and take your land whenever they want, you dont ever think of it as your own. I have seen examples of buildings quickly losing amenities and decorative finishes.
