I think the implication is that they're not blank: that just the presidential part is pre-selected. Or maybe that because they are allegedly outside of the normal flow it's proof they were intended to be fraudulently filled out.

Why is everyone foaming at the mouth over this, then? Just as sick as I am of lying leftists, I am disgusted with that has become of the right. Believing EVERYTHING tossed to them with no discernment or healthy skepticism. I'm hoping this is not another case of just accepting that these ballots "fraudulent" because they've been told to.
