I just assumed I missed it in the article - but Gateway Pundit is horseshit usually. They seem to cite, as their source, people who "claim" what they found is fraudulent but no one seems to say what the fraud is. Again - maybe I'm just missing it - but if they are blank and were never counted what is fraudulent about shredded ballots you never used?

I think the implication is that they're not blank: that just the presidential part is pre-selected. Or maybe that because they are allegedly outside of the normal flow it's proof they were intended to be fraudulently filled out.
