Laws only work when they are enforced. There hasn't been any meaningful enforcement of our laws since I can remember.

Just as the Constitution and Bill of rights do not protect themselves. The Founding Fathers did not design the Republic to run on 'autopilot'. The active participation of The People was never optional.
