Why did Trump REALLY veto the defense authorization bill?

One speculation I saw (libs) about the veto was that the bill contains language and tightens regulations against the creation of shell companies, forcing them to disclose ownership. The writer suggested we watch and see if the senate attempts to alter the bill.

News about this may be overshadowed by Bernie Sanders’ filibuster attempt.

I heard the NDAA took away Trump's ability to enforce the Insurrection Act. Now he has to get approval through Congress.
