As an independent, I got no problem with the idea in general, the problem comes in how the law is worded. Ain't none of my business who you fuck, how you fuck, when you fuck, or anything like that....and it ain't nobody else's business either. Unfortunately, the devil is in the details, as the various idiot laws passed by the Nannyites (plastic bag ban, forced recycling, three strikes, etc.) clearly prove.
