I think the free money only applied to families that made under a certain amount, might have been $150K.
Not money, debt vouchers.
The % of Americans who make 150K or more is 18.6% or 61,194,000 remove them from the populous and you're left with 267,806,000
267,806,000 times that $2000 check would then equal $535,612,000,000 Which is to say , ..why the fuck are the "elected officials" demanding nearly double that.
Doesn't matter what it's called, $2000 can still buy food for families. A little less food than it could have last year, but it's something.
The dollar machine will keep printing though. There political motivation to balance a budget is at an all time low.
What incentive do they have (when it comes to balancing the budget) ?
We "The people" haven't given them any, the masses have been reduced to do nothing except beg for welfare checks.
Also, money has value. So, it does matter. It matters because I changed the words to better acknowledge what's going on. Money is earned and has come for work done. "vouchers" , "debt slips", "I.O.U.'s" are creations for future work.
It's an enslavement trap. When you complete a transition using money , the transaction ends. With a debt slip, it can be never ending ( think "interest")
