In other words, they're demanding the President sign the pork-laden "COVID-related Tax Relief Act of 2020" and this "standalone" bill will increase the payments.

Here's an idea, give 2k to each citizen in a bill with nothing besides one clause hidden on page 500 that quietly states any member of government to appose the bill automatically resigns from office. Page 501 bans anyone with dual citizenship from ever running for office.
