The tenants get thrown out. The jews not making payments to the bank lose their property and all the associated investment. The money is to save the jews. Who cares if niggers and deplorables are thrown out on the street? If they paid it directly to the jews, and the riff raff were thrown to the curb, then that would be unseemly.
