He didn't exterminate any Jews on purpose (I mean why would you they already got like 300k from Typhus alone)
A lot of other things he fucked up, like not pushing into Dunkirk and wiping out the whole standing British army. Probably could have got UK to pull out of the war with that and he could have focused on Russia.
Also he shouldn't have declared war on America until Japan declared war on Russia (which they never did)
