Actually, their reasoning thus far with the "lack of standing" is that if a state illegally cheats to win the election for a preferred candidate, then nobody in the entire universe is affected by it. Not the other states who have to participate in the other election, not the 140 million people disenfranchised, nor the candidate who was cheated out of his victory.
