Well technically 130k ballots would be ALOT of suitcases. $1,000,000 in $100 bills weights slightly over 22 pounds, that's (10,000 bills total). Each bill has the dimensions of 2.61 inches by 6.14 inches. I don't know the dimensions of a Georgia ballot but if you post it we can roughly figure out the weight of 130k ballots. I'm thinking well over 600 pounds.
