The five stages of revolution against the ruling elite

1 Divergent: first stage. Propaganda against the elite by religious and political ideology.

2 Insurgent: second stage. Physical action against the elite by using ideological authority.

3 Advertent: third stage. After eliminating the elite, creation of security tools to hold authority.

4 Alignment: fourth stage. Eliminating those who are divergent to the new ideological authority.

5 Allotment: fifth stage. Make everybody comfortable by rationally rewarding abilities and needs.

Well it seems like a paraphrase from Briton’s “Anatomy of a Revolution”.

But that book doesn’t really describe the stages leading up to the violence. Just like your list doesn’t. Thats why I was curious.

In current century a lot of ‘Revolutions’ have been forced as coups. So they can’t be referenced for a true grass roots flip.

What is the common matchstick?

My theory is that it is a violation by the ruling class of a KEY moral barrier of 10-15% of the population that is willing to die to preserve it.

Thats why the CCP has been working overtime for decades to remove those key morals that would foment a violent trigger.

I made the list myself just for fun.

Morale is usually used to manipulate te masses.
