If you just have white people you can alleviate a lot of suffering. Mental hospitals, homeless shelters, training don't cost that much compared to billions for Israel and makes things better for everyone. You don't want to have to walk by disturbed people on the street covered in their own shit. Then you can get a little tougher about things like welfare where people are really abusing the system but generally whites don't do it in great numbers.
