Shitty roadside diners always use the cheapest walmart tier ingredients. There really is a reason high brow restaurants are expensive. Thats not to say a cheap omlette and a cup of folgers on a wyoming roadside at 7am on a long road trip cant seem heavenly on a hangover morning.
