I live in a town in NJ with train access to NYC. They are building all of these new apartments near the train station that are stupid expensive. I just hope it helps slow the tax increases.

Yes. The reasons are probably two-fold: Spread NY idiiots to other states, and decrease property values so the kikes can snap it all up in bargain basement deals.
