Ben Rhodes, who was Obama’s National Security Advisor (that failed novel-writing career paid off), announced that Joe Biden is already having phone calls with foreign leaders. Some are comparing Biden’s conduct to the conduct for which the Deep State persecuted General Michael Flynn. This is not accurate. What Biden is doing is infinitely worse.
I'm not quite ready to go trusting Ben Rhodes at his word just yet. He was most likely trying to further the narrative that Biden is the next president. If, however, Biden is indeed having these conversations he does open himself up for the charge of violating Logan.
