From the descriptions flying around about how Hammer and Scorecard work, it is claimed to be 'undetectable' when votes are flipped from one side to the other... but if you manually audit the data in both the polling location and the central office you would see the discrepancy... and it would appear like a 'glitch' -i.e. the polling reported the numbers one way but somehow when the data was received on the central office end the numbers were flipped around... but no one has red hands... it just 'glitched'
