That's what revoting is about.

In the old system things were more verifiable. You have people vote in one place on the same day with observers there the whole day and you count the ballots in place that very same day. Very verifiable. With mail in voting you have to cart in ballots to different facilities.. Who is to say they aren't tampered with or have fake ballots added? Who is to say that with ballots moving from one place to another that some just never make it? It's an unverifiable system.

We have to redo it in a verifiable way.

This is what I was saying. The constitution already has a provision for this case. When a state cannot certify the popular vote, then the state legislature votes instead. There will not be a revote. There will be a state legislature vote.

I dislike that so many people don't understand how the country works. But, what can I do other than try to educate?
