Obviously I’m more of a conservative person but bio metrics in my opionion are not a good authentication tool.

I agree.

What do you think about the way India does it? Everyone who votes has to dip their thumb into indelible ink- that way it's an easy way to show if you have/haven't voted. No absentee ballots (not sure if India does that last part).
