Where is the actual source on this?

If this has anything to do with Judicial Watch, I cannot find the post or any relation to it.

The fraud is rampant, everywhere, and being simultaneously used to bury Biden evidence. 100k is the tip of the iceberg.

Judicial Watch has been on this more than anyone else, trying to clean up voter roles in many states. They haven't been super successful, but if there is one person who actually seems to be doing something, it is Tom Fitton.
