There is absolutely NO REASON to assume proportionally in vote reporting... that's stupid because some counties are very very trump heavy (like 90%) and some are very Biden heavy (80%) and these can be reporting to the same district tabulation center, some before the hourly call to the SoS and some after... it's ridiculous to try to read tea leaves before the tea is brewed
if you want to continue down this route you have to wait until all the votes are in before you can even begin that kind of analysis
