I'm thinking magnetic pulse going off even if it's small devices at the base of telephone poles causing the transformers in locations that will prevent rerouting of the power or in a caged area multiple larger ground transformers are located that are bigger for areas where usage exceeds the power a pole mounted one can handle. He's a terrorist all right and I'm sure the dems likely even have people in the power companies that can do this without being detected. I'd on election day have every power company check for devices that are not supposed to be there and even have explosive sniffing dogs go near areas that can be damaged then if a hit call the bomb squad to investigate while the dogs go to the next area that might likely be a target.
