Sorry-that photo and article don't convince me it was a "Trailer load" of shredded "Trump Ballots". Mail in ballots don't have any identifying markings or come with flyers. Need more info.

These don't appear to have been filled out. I'd bet they were extras or misprints or something that caused them to not get mailed in time, and they got recycled.
