Ah story time.
So yee back when, our founder John Fisher (not of relation to our current Pres. and CEO) created American Security Council. Somewhere along the way, American Security Council Foundation was created. Why this was, I do not entirely know. I just know that ASC was a 501(c)(4) and ASCF is the 501(c)(3). In 1997, I think due to some sort of I think legal issue, ASC was merged info ASCF. Hence why today, we are known as the American Security Council Foundation.
I just sounds redundant to me. Like the Society of Redundant Titles Society.
What if we just went back to American Security Council???
Either that or the American Security Foundation.
