I think youtube just hopes that the users will downvote things to oblivion, but it's hard to do that when you have video evidence and a bushel of sour grapes.

*Just watched the Salon owner was on Tucker 9/2, she is stating that it is not true. She said "As I stylist I see customers one on one, if that was allowed I'd be open".

I think, from other stories, they're allowed to be open for simple cuts and the like, but anything more is verboten. So a wash 'n blowdry would not be on the list.
