Ms Klacik rose to prominence in recent weeks after a campaign video of her in her native Baltimore went viral after she exposed the inherent issues in her mainly black district which gone unfixed by countless Democratic administrations.
“We didn’t meet anyone in Baltimore city that wants to defund the police,” she said.
