Oh ha! Stupid me! I always applied that rule to important things like water - two pumps, two storage areas, two ways to filter etc. Or power - two gensets or travel - two vehicles, two motorcycles. Actually has paid dividends for me that when something inevitably breaks, I am still rockin and rollin.
