My family has thought I'm a bit too 'fringe' for a while now when I tell them I refuse to leave my home without my CCW, at a minimum. I'll be sure to circulate this news to them and ask how them how they would feel if it was me getting shot and didn't have a way to fight back after being unlawfully detained by the mob.
